Trying to get myself back on the healthy wagon. I’ve been working out a lot lately—in some instances I’ve doubled up on my Barre classes but I need to swap the diet to shock the system a little bit.
This time what’s different is that I’m not picking up anybody’s diet, I’ve made a set of rules for myself for what works for ME and MY SCHEDULE. (A really hectic one.)
I kicked ass on day 1 today of cleaning cleaner/healthier and I did Barre Burn tonight + Fly Wheel.
Two work out classes today…. the will is definitely there, now I just need the diet to follow! Tomorrow’s lunch will consist of tofu and quinoa and tomorrow’s dinner will be full of fiber and protein.
Back on the horse today. Grapefruit and green tea for breakfast.
Tofu/broccoli/onion/zucchini stir-fry (above) + apple/peanut butter for lunch!
Was previously down 10lbs and had a bad run these last three days with the start of an industry holiday party this past Thursday.
Tomorrow I get back on the horse but with all the travelling these coming weeks, it’s going to be a struggle. Dallas, San Diego, Vegas and LA….
Feeling some SUPER guilt and I need to get over it..like now.
Sometimes I’m very hard on myself and never learn to pat myself on the back. Well here goes it:
Today I found out I won an award through work. They nominate one person to get the award every quarter from each region and I got the one for the Midwest. :)
Said award includes a spa gift card, a trophy and a cute plaque that has quotes from others about “how great you are.”
